Although we strive to display the colors and images of the products on the site as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display the colors correctly.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of goods we offer.All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.Our company reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.The offer of products on this site will be invalid if prohibited.

Customer agrees to provide the latest complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on this site.You agree to promptly update your account information and other information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date.This allows us to complete the transaction and contact you if necessary.

We may provide customers with access to external tools that we do not monitor, control, or input.

Customer expressly agrees that it is Customer's own responsibility to use or not be able to use this Service.This Service and all Goods and Services provided to Customer through this Service shall be provided "as is" and "available" for Customer's use (except as expressly stated by us) without express or implied warranties or warranties of any kind, including all implied warranties or conditions.
In no event shall the Creatif Inc., its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any kind of injury, loss , replacement costs , or similar damages whether under contract or tort (including negligence).and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the Services or any other use of the Services or Products, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in the Services or any other means available to the Services.
As some countries (states) or jurisdictions are not allowed to exclude or limit liability for consequential or accidental damages, such jurisdictions or jurisdictions will limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ARTICLE 14 - COMPENSATION
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creatif Inc. and its affiliates, partners, officers, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any and all claims or demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your violation of the terms of use or any documents referenced therein, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Article 15 - Separation Clause
If any provision of the Terms of Use is deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the provisions are enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law and the unenforceable part is considered separate from the Terms of Use.
Article 16 - Termination of Terms of Use
Any obligations and obligations of the parties arising prior to the date of termination shall remain in existence for any purpose upon termination of this Agreement.
The Terms of Use will remain in force unless and until cancelled by you or us.You may terminate the Terms of Use at any time by notifying us that you do not wish to use this Service or by discontinuing the use of this Site.

Article 19 - Reservations, payments and contracts for experience products
We operate this site to provide customers with information about experience products, accept applications for purchase of experience products, conclude contracts based on their consent, and provide payment methods for usage fees.
Paragraph 1 (Reservation)
After checking the information of the experience products provided on this site, you will register the customer information designated by our company and apply for a reservation to purchase the experience products.
(2) After you make an application for a reservation, we will send an expression of our intention to accept the application to you using the registered email address or the means of communication provided by this Service, and the reservation will be confirmed when the reservation history is displayed on this site.
(3) A purchase contract shall be concluded at the time of confirmation of the above(2)clause.
Paragraph 2 (Payment of Charges)
You will pay the purchase price by the time limit specified by us according to the method specified by us.
(2) If it is found that payment cannot be made by a prescribed method after the reservation is confirmed, the customer agrees to pay the purchase price by another payment method, and if there is no available payment method, the purchase contract for the experience will be canceled.
(3) Customers, please confirm the terms of use specified separately by the payment provider designated on this site and proceed with the procedures for card payment, etc.
Paragraph 3 (Change/Cancel of Reservation)
In the event of a change or cancellation of the experience product purchase contract, the cancellation conditions specified in the individual experience purchase contract apply.
(2) Customers may apply for a change or cancellation of the purchase contract for the experience product through this service.Customer agrees that the Change or Cancellation of the Agreement shall take effect upon the notification of acceptance of the change or cancellation by the registered email address.
(3) Customer agrees in advance that even if an experiential purchase contract has been concluded, it may not be possible to implement the experiential product due to bad weather or other reasons.
(4) In the event of a trouble or dispute between the customer and the experience product provider due to a change or cancellation of the experience purchase contract, we shall work with the experience product provider to resolve the dispute.
Paragraph 4 (Prohibited Acts by Customers)
Customer shall not engage in any of the following acts in the use of this Service.
a. an act of violating the terms of use
b. an act that violates laws and regulations or public order
c. Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, etc. of the Company or a third party
d. Acts that infringe on the property, credit, honor and privacy of the Company or any third party
e. the act of posting or transmitting content that differs from the facts or is misleading
f. Acts for the purpose of harassment, slander, etc. against other customers or experience product providers
g. Any act of advertising, solicitation or commercial use unrelated to this Service
h. the act of transmitting or publishing harmful computer programs, etc. such as computer viruses
i. the act of disclosing or leaking personal information of a third party to another customer or a third party
j. Acts in violation of individual experience regulations, precautions, and other rules, etc. specified by the Company or the Experience Product Provider.
k. The act of using a credit card in another person's name without the permission of the holder, or of entering false credit card information, passwords, or other authentication information
l. Other acts deemed inappropriate by our company
Paragraph 5 (Response to Violations)
If we determine that you have violated the terms of use, we may take the following actions against you.
a. Modifying, disclosing, or deleting all or part of the contents posted or transmitted by the customer without prior notice to the customer.
b. preventing acts that violate the rules and requiring that similar acts be not repeated
c. suspension of the use of this Service
d. Deletion of Customer Registration
(2) In the event that a customer is harmed by the measures set forth in (a) to (d) above, the Company shall not be liable for any damage except in cases where there are grounds attributable to the Company.
(3) The Customer shall indemnify the Company for any damages suffered by the Company in violation of the Terms of Use.
Paragraph 6 (Company's Disclaimer)
We accept reservations for the purchase of experience products, sign contracts, change contracts, accept cancellations, settlement of purchase prices, etc. on behalf of the experience product provider, and we are not responsible for the implementation of the experience product.
(2) The Company shall not be responsible for any trouble that has occurred between or between the Customer and the Experience Product Provider.
(3) In cases where the Company or the Experience Product Provider is liable for damages to the Customer, unless the Company, its representative or its employer is intentionally or grossly negligent, the Company shall be liable for damages up to the amount equivalent to the purchase price, and shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances.
Paragraph 7 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
The customer represents and warrants to our company the following:
- You are not a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group affiliate, or any other equivalent party (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces"), and you are not involved with any corporation or organization in which anti-social forces are involved.
- You do not provide funds or conveniences to anti-social forces, nor do you allow your name to be used for the purpose of entering into or performing a contract.
- You do not engage, either directly or through a third party, in violent demands, threatening behavior or violence, spreading false information, using fraudulent means or force to damage the reputation of our company and experience providers, or interfere with the operations of our company and experience providers, or any other similar actions.
- If you violate or falsely represent compliance with clauses 1 through 3 above, we reserve the right to cancel the service agreement established with you, delete your registration, suspend your use of the service, and take any other necessary measures without prior notice.
- Customers who violate this section shall compensate our company for any damages incurred as a result of or in connection with such violations.
Article 20 (Applicable Law and Jurisdiction)
The terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.Japanese terms of use take precedence over English terms of use.In addition, in the event of a lawsuit between us and the customer in connection with the terms of use, the court having jurisdiction over our address shall be the exclusive agreed court in Japan.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Procedure
Customers should request cancellations using their registered email address.
The cancellation takes effect once our company sends a notification of acceptance via email.
Cancellations may also occur due to circumstances from the experience provider.
Refunds will typically take about 10 business days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation.
Cancellation Fees
Please note that cancellation fees will apply when canceling a purchase. These fees also apply to any reductions in the number of participants.
However, cancellation fees will not apply if the cancellation is due to the experience provider's circumstances or if the experience cannot be conducted due to bad weather or other reasons.
Terms of Service Regarding Cancellations
According to Article 19, Section 3 of the Terms of Service (Changes and Cancellations of Reservations), the cancellation conditions specified in the individual experience purchase contract will apply when making changes or cancellations.
Changes or cancellations of experience product purchases can be requested through this service. The changes or cancellations take effect once a notification of acceptance is sent to the registered email address.
Customers acknowledge that even if the experience product purchase contract is concluded, the experience may not be conducted due to bad weather or other reasons.
In case of any trouble or disputes arising from changes or cancellations of the experience product purchase contract, our company will cooperate with the experience provider to resolve the issue.

This website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is operated by Creatif Inc., which presides over the travel design "Sen-nen no Tabi." This privacy policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit the Site or make a purchase. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
- Your Rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
- Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
- Security Measures
