Greetings
A journey that touches on gratitude
Wouldn't you feel compelled to put your hands together in reverence, embraced by ancient trees at a shrine that has been breathing for over a thousand years, feeling gratitude towards nature and those who protect the shrine?
Have you ever felt your spine straighten as you stepped into the meticulously swept garden of a Zen temple?
Have you ever experienced an indescribable depth of flavor from the ambiance of tea rooms and historic Japanese restaurants that have stood for hundreds of years?
Have you ever felt the intensity of artisans creating pottery, dolls, and textiles, who preserve tradition while embracing new challenges?
Spaces that have endured for centuries possess a unique aura that is difficult to articulate in words. Furthermore, such places always have stories inherited from previous generations, with storytellers to narrate them.
We aim to create journeys where you can encounter such places and people that have been cherished and protected by the local community. Through these journeys, we continue to design travel experiences that become new sources of energy for our customers.
During the Heian period, the monk Saigyō visited Ise Shrine and composed the following poem:
“What is it
that resides here?
I do not know, yet
I am deeply moved to tears
by such sacredness.”
Would you like to embark on a thousand-year journey to slowly touch the depth of Japan's history and culture? We look forward to your inquiries.
